“I engaged LID Consulting to prepare a Waste Management Plan for a proposed Rural Fire Station. Not only was the price competitive but the efficiency and promptness shown was great.”  Aidan Richardson – Wollondilly Shire Council NSW

“I wanted to provide some feedback that the waste management proposal and layout of the WMP was excellent.

It’s appreciated that you’ve been able to negotiate a communal bin system for the 8 townhouses, rather than each townhouse having their own individual garbage and recycle bin.

Other points of note include:

  • detailed description of where bins will be stored, where they will be collected from, and importantly how they will be transported to the collection point.
  • clearly labelled and colour-coded scaled drawing, demonstrating the storage of bins, where the bins will be placed for collection, and the movement (bin path) of the bins between storage and collection point.
  • inclusion of where the mechanical bin tug will be stored”.  Council Waste Officer – unable to be attributed to Council (unfortunately).
