What a fantastic result! We recently completed another Life Cycle Assessment for the sustainability boundary pushing Steffen Welsch Architects where we were able to quantify and demonstrate that the all electric subject house is carbon positive! The carbon positive nature is calculated over its construction, operation, end of life and renewable energy generation/export lifecycle.

The impact of the process has again clarified areas for the designers to focus on and demonstrated that stand alone all electric dwellings can readily be carbon neutral or carbon positive.

Our interaction with designers and presented output focusses on simplicity, to improve understanding of carbon positivity and neutrality for designers and clients.
